Foreign students from Shanghai’s Tongji University celebrate this year’s Lantern Festival with locals by learning how to make yuanxiao, or glutinous rice dumplings, on Thursday in Siping Community of Yangpu District. The Lantern Festival marks the end of the Spring Festival.
